ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but not limited to)

  • The Incumbent is primarily responsible for end to end Recruitment related activities such as:
  • Source profiles for entry to mid-level positions using various job Portals (Naukri, Monster, social networks such as LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Perform pre-screening activity to check the interest level of the candidates
  • Schedule interviews for candidates within a stipulated time & conduct Walkin interviews
  • Co-ordinate with hiring managers to get feedback for the conducted interviews within TAT
  • Collect interview forms from respective hiring managers for further discussion
  • Follow-up with offered candidates till onboarding
  • Maintain data in dashboard,tracker & MIS reports
