JobDescription:
1.*Social Compliance:*
Develop andimplement policies and procedures to ensure staff welfare includingbenefits working conditions and employee wellbeingprograms.
Oversee health& safety initiatives conducting risk assessmentsimplementing safety protocols and organizing trainingprograms.
Ensure compliance withenvironmental regulations including waste management pollutioncontrol and sustainabilitypractices.
Conduct securityaudits to assess and mitigate risks to personnel assets andfacilities.
2.*Technical Compliance:*
Implementproduction tracking systems to monitor and control manufacturingprocesses ensuring adherence to quality standards and deliveryschedules.
Establish traceabilitymechanisms to track raw materials components and finished productsthroughout the supply chain.
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with technicalstandards identify gaps and recommend correctiveactions.
Manage vendor audits toevaluate suppliers adherence to quality safety and ethicalstandards.
3.*Documentation and Reporting:*
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to social andtechnical compliance activities including incident reports trainingrecords and audit findings.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on compliance performancehighlighting key metrics trends and areas forimprovement.
Communicatecompliance requirements and updates to relevant stakeholdersfostering awareness and accountability throughout theorganization.
4.*Continuous Improvement:*
Stayinformed about changes in regulations industry standards and bestpractices related to social and technicalcompliance.
Identifyopportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains withincompliance frameworks implementing innovative solutions whereapplicable.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to drive initiatives aimed at enhancingcompliance culture and practices across theorganization.
