Establish, oversee & drive IT delivery plans including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities, and quality as defined in the IT Project Management Methodology (ADF). Manage and coordinate IT project/program budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status to support effective decisions and project reporting to stakeholders and review boards. Manage and coordinate technical interdependencies between workstreams Drive effective risks & issues management, ensuring processes are in place and effectively used Ensure the IT project team adheres to all standards including ADF, quality, and compliance, as well as processes, defined technical capabilities, and best practices. Work closely with the Business Project Manager to provide input into the overall Transformation Programme Management office ensuring appropriate visibility of RAID & planning of IT solution deliverables. Manage and develop Scaled Agile portfolios of the highest complexity Serve as a team member, track lead on Agile / Scrum delivery engagements for clients & guide the teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance Oversee systemic impediments to team agility and guide the teams on methods to escalate Deliver capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met Partner with discipline managers to convey their concerns to scrum teams and project/program managers about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Train other Scrum master’s and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff Execute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions- being part of a team of high performing consultants Contributing to the profile and reputation of Infosys Consulting through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapersWhat do we require? We are looking for 8-10 years experienced Project Manager with Life Science background (Commercial analytics, Patient support program, LIMS, MES, R&D etc.) at Infosys Consulting Life Science (LS) practice to become part of our existing team who excels by leading and coordinating a project team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Project Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management. Minimum 2+ years of experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results. Minimum 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master running agile ceremonies & driving continuous improvements Must have Life Science background Demonstrate excellent core competence and experience in delivery of agile projects /programs using scrum or various other methodologies across value chain in Life Sciences Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources. Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels Experience in SDLC Framework & Agile/Scrum framework Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
