Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Camunda Developer to join our team. As a Camunda Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BPM solutions using Camunda BPM platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, particularly in Java, as well as extensive experience with Camunda BPM.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using Camunda BPM platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for business processes.

- Configure and customize Camunda BPM workflows, forms, and integrations as per business needs.

- Develop and maintain process models, decision tables, and rules using Camunda Modeler.

- Implement best practices for BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN standards.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of BPM solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Camunda BPM.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Camunda BPM technology.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.

- Proven experience in developing BPM solutions using Camunda BPM platform.

- Proficiency in Java programming language and Spring Framework.

- Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN standards.

- Experience with RESTful web services and API integrations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Camunda BPM certification is a plus.

- Experience with other BPM platforms such as Activiti or jBPM.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
