JOB DETAILS Technical Specialist - Dush Adhesives Work Location – Hyderabad Responsibilities: Ensure flawless execution of Marble/Tile adhesive product demos at client sites with zero client complaints, providing on-site technical support as needed. Conduct regular quality checks on Dush adhesives to ensure they meet or exceed market standards. Perform product comparisons with competitor adhesives, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. Provide feedback to the R&D and production teams to maintain and enhance product performance. Train the sales and technical teams on proper application techniques and best practices for adhesive products. Travel to project sites and customer locations as required to oversee technical performance and address concerns. Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the cement adhesive industry. Strong technical understanding of cement adhesive products and their applications. Ability to analyze and compare product quality against competitors. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
