Job Description Position: Airport Ground Staff Call Hr Contact is a leading airport ground handling company based in Chennai Airport We provide a wide range of services to airlines and passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience. Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are looking to kick start their career in the aviation industry. Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting passengers at the check-in counter Checking and tagging luggage Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during boarding and pegboarding Assisting passengers with special needs Providing information and directions to passengers Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations Maintaining a clean and organized work area Adhering to all safety and security procedures Assisting with other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage Basic computer skills Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage) Prior experience in the aviation industry is not required, but will be considered a plus Benefits: Competitive salary package Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Comprehensive training provided Uniform and other work-related allowances Health insurance and other benefits as per company policy If you have a passion for the aviation industry and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
