Job Description :
As an Advertiser Sales Manager at Promotion Bazaar, you will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and optimizing Lead Generation campaigns. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of the conversion tracking platform and delivering excellent results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertisers/Client Acquisition :
Identify and target potential clients who are looking for lead-generation services.
Develop and implement a client acquisition strategy to grow the client portfolio.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential leads.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional client servicing.
Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Conversion Tracking Platform Management :
Ensure the conversion tracking platforms' proper setup, configuration, and maintenance and must know of Core Affiliate Industry/Performance Marketing Experience.
Working knowledge of HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, and other Tracking Platforms.
​Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues, implement updates, and improve system functionality.
Provide technical support to affiliate partners and clients using the conversion tracking platform.
Collaborate with clients and affiliate partners to set up lead-generation campaigns on the platforms.
Implement accurate tracking links, creative assets, and campaign parameters.
Campaign Optimization & Reporting:
Collaborate with clients to optimize their lead-generation campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all campaigns meet Promotion Bazaar's quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
Conduct periodic quality checks to maintain a high level of service and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing lead generation campaigns.
Proficiency in tracking and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing industry trends and best practices.
