  • Focuses on identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide related support to ongoing delivery excellence initiatives
  • Support in organizations CMMI and ISO Certification process

Secondary Research:

  • Gathering data from various sources like company websites, government reports, industry publications, and academic journals
  • Compiling research findings into reports, presentations, and other formats for stakeholders
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions

Skills and Qualifications

  • Prefer a MBA grad with focus on Operations and HR
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
