Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR documents such as employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire orientation.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining employee satisfaction.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking employee performance evaluations and providing support as needed.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training and development initiatives, and HR policy updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR data and information.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or internship in HR is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous experience or internship in HR.
