We are seeking askilled Windows & Azure Virtual Desktop professional tojoin our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years ofexperience in the IT Services industry and a solid understanding ofAzure Storage Containers VNET Subnets NSGs and Storage Explorer. AnITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certification is desirable.
Responsibilities:


Provide enduser support for AVD environment
Manage local roles groups and rights assignment on WVDsession host
Configure and troubleshoot clientconfiguration
Manage browsers and internet access forWVD users
Troubleshoot applicationrelated issues in WVD
Manage session host image image update and management
Manage Shared Image Gallery
TroubleshootOSrelated issues in WVD
Work in a ticketing system withincident/change/problem management
Implement bestpractices on AVD with Microsoft Windows 10/11 Multisession OS andFSLogix for best performance and reliability
Analyzetroubleshoot and fix complex issues in mixed enterpriseenvironments for end customers
Troubleshoot FSLogixUser Profile Issues/Isolating Applications failures and Review theEvent Logs for Errors and troubleshoot accordingly
Resolve enduser tickets and provide RCA whenever required
Provide technical support which mainly includes workingon break fixes production down helping customers to implementdeploy and upgrade their environments
HandleApplication/VDI issues published from AVD and troubleshoot userendissues
Act as a subject matter expert in implementingadvanced security measures for Azure Virtual Desktop addressingcompliance requirements and industry standards
Handsonexperience on ITIL process Changes Incidents and requests usingService now
Must have an understanding of DevOpsworkflows to autoscale AVD solution as per monitoring metrics andendtoend golden image management
Manage GPO and localpolicies on session hosts
Manage session host settingscustom settings RDP properties and user profile issues
Requirements

2 years of experience in the IT Servicesindustry
Strong understanding of Azure StorageContainers VNET Subnets NSGs and Storage Explorer
ITILV3 or V4 Foundation Certification preferred
Goodknowledge of Conditional access policy MFA Security settingsMicrosoft defender AV for sessionhos
