Billu Personal Care  JD Digital Marketing Lead Position Type : Full-time, Remote Location : Noida Salary- upto 7-10 LPA  Experience: 5+ years Responsibilities : • Responsible for the day-to-day management (plan to execution) of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display and social advertising strategies across all platforms for all funnels of marketing • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights • Collaborates with internal teams to develop A/B testing and optimize user experience and generate positive results • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI on marketing initiatives. • Track, measure and report performances of all digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and other metrics • Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms • Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content • Support Marketing manager in budgets and strategies and work closely with the marketing team • Monitor, track, and report on digital marketing metrics and provide insights to guide future strategies. • Stay informed about competitor activity, market trends, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Designing, or related field Good knowledge of AI tools to generate creatives and videos.  • 5+ years of proven experience in media buying and campaign management (paid ads) preferably in D2C/E-Comm sector • Excellent knowledge of SEO, Ads manager of - Meta, Google (Ads, DV360, YouTube, Analytics, Optimize etc.) and other digital platforms • In-Depth exceptional understanding of Google ads, Facebook ads manager and GA4 is mandatory • Proven experience in managing and structuring multiple high budget campaigns, with ad groups and tons of creatives simultaneously • Proficient in tools like – GA4, Hootsuite, SEMRush, MS Office, and other digital marketing tools • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities with skills to develop campaigns as per the Marketing Funnels • Good with media buying to develop strategies and marketing analytics to present to the management • Exceptional multi-tasking skills • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing market dynamics. • Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering collaboration and growth within the team.
