Job Title: Executive/Sr. Executive
Qualification: Semi Qualified CA
Location: Bengaluru/Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office , particularly MS Excel , for data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of GST compliances such as GSTR 1, GSTR 9, GSTR 3B , and reconciliation data preparation.
- Compile, verify, and ensure accuracy of GST return data for software processing.
- Review data for deficiencies, correct errors, and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
- Knowledge of GST laws, rules, and changes , with the ability to assess updates and implement them in current solutions.
- Experience in working with ERP systems to ensure accurate data integration and reporting.
- Assist in preparing and filing GST returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Provide customer support by interacting with clients and resolving GST compliance-related queries.
- Assist in preparing documentation, training materials, and user guides for both internal teams and clients.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance management processes for better accuracy and efficiency.
- Must have attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
- Work on Saturdays as required to meet compliance deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and customers.
- Interest in working within the technology space , especially in compliance and regulatory environments.
