Through its API integrations powering resident engagement, Amenify is available in 15 million homes in the USA.  We encourage high-performers from all backgrounds to reach out, provided they share our core values listed here: is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Ads, Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Growth Marketing, and both B2B and B2C marketing. The ideal candidate can independently run campaigns, build funnels, and drive measurable growth across multiple markets. You will lead the marketing team and align initiatives across India and the US.Responsibilities & dutiesPlan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) for both B2B and B2C audiences.Customer i.o knowledge is a mustLead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and improve rankings.Create and manage high-quality content tailored for B2B (enterprise/property managers) and B2C (residents/consumers).Drive growth marketing experiments to boost acquisition, retention, and conversions.Manage B2B lead-generation funnels and B2C customer acquisition pipelines.Track and optimize all campaigns based on analytics and performance data.Conduct B2B and B2C market research to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities.Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and target groups.Mentor and manage the marketing team across India and the US.Collaborate with sales, product, and operations for aligned go-to-market strategies.Oversee marketing tools, automation workflows, and budgets to ensure high ROI.Organize training sessions to upskill the marketing team and encourage innovation.Qualifications & skillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on marketing experience across Ads, SEO, Performance, Content, and Growth Marketing.Proven experience handling both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.Strong understanding of analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work with India and US teams across time zones.Why should you join us?Above-industry salary + performance bonus + monthly bonusStock options according to performance in long termTeam lunches and outingsHigh-growth trajectory with rapid learningBest referral bonus in the marketMassive ownership of work & projectsDirect 1:1 time with foundersWork with an ambitious, collaborative, transparent teamMeet our Founders:Danish ChopraEverett Lynn
