Role Summary

This role comprises of regular accounting, book-keeping, filing, compliance and reporting activities for UKIBC India entity.


Role & Responsibilities


Bookkeeping

- End to End Accounting (Employee Reimbursement, Vendor invoices, Duties & Taxes, Receipts and Payments and Bank Reconciliation)

- Download Accounting Supporting documents from mail and save in Server Folder wise.

- Entry in Tally from FAR and prepaid expenses sheet, prepare reference rate sheet for MIS

- Unadjusted Forex Gain / Loss Entry in Tally

- Salary Entry in Books

- Check investment proofs from pay books.


Reporting

- Prepare debtor ageing, Billing Report & Membership Tracker

- Support in preparing variance analysis - salary and legal and professional workings

- Prepare launchpad reports

- Prepare creditors ageing

- Sending vendor payment advise to stakeholders (Admin, HR, Business Set-up team, Research team etc.)


Compliances

- Upload payment for EPF and PT

- Prepare TDS Sheet and upload payments

- Upload payment for EPF and PT and filings.

- Prepare sheet for Rent payments and Bank File for Uploading.

- Send tally backup for GSTR1 and GSTR 3B and affixing DSC post confirmation from ASA

- Prepare TDS Return

- Form 16A download and share with Stakeholders


Others

-Filing of Accounting vouchers

-Support the team on preparation of audit schedules


Revenue

-Prepare sheet of Services Invoices & Debit notes (recurring)

-Raising of Service invoices, Debit note, and Credit note from tally and sending it to clients.
