Founded in June 2022 by Sidharth Somana, Simona Mohan, and Gautham Somana, Raho Hospitalities is dedicated to bridging the gap in quality accommodation options in non-urban areas such as Coorg, Ooty, and Gokarna.


Raho focuses on offering immersive and affordable travel experiences tailored to millennials. The Bengaluru-based startup has successfully raised Seed funding to begin revolutionizing the Indian travel and hospitality sector.


Role :

To lead the entire design team and process end to end by working collaboratively 


Responsibilities :

•Design iteratively using multiple mediums like 3d models, Photoshop collage, drawings, and photographs. 

•Work in a planned and focused manner to hit deadlines and targets of entire design team quickly. 

•Coordination with consultants, vendors and contractors for design development and execution.

•Prepare detailed and accurate Architectural working drawings/ Good For Construction (GFC) drawings.

•Travel onsite extensively whether in Bangalore or outside for collaborative work and work with teams across business lines, and coordinate with subcontractors

•Coaching, guiding and holding team members accountable.

•Creation of process and standards to reduce time till operations.


Requirements :

•Must have 3-6 years of experience in Interior design/architecture and working in a top design firm. Must have experience in Hospitality/Villa/Residential projects.

•should understand the requirement of working long hours, including weekends and holidays, in a start-up environment.

•Have experience in leading a team and working collaboratively

•Have worked on landscape design

•High proficiency in Photoshop is a must

•Must have time management and planning skills to work under pressure

•Has worked extensively on site to ensure design adherence 

•Attention to detail and high standards are important

•Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or Rhino, Vraylumion or equivalent, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required

•Should be driven to deliver results

•Illustrator and indesign is a plus

•Must be able to communicate in Kannada, English and Hindi.
