City Manager

We are looking for a proactive and business-savvy City Head with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead and oversee city-wide operations. This role blends strategic leadership with strong hands-on involvement in accounts management, sales and marketing, debt recovery, and acting as a right-hand support (EA) to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Operations & Strategy

2. Drive growth and profitability in the city

3. Develop and execute city-level business strategies aligned with company goals

4. Act as the key point of contact between city operations and head office

5. Accounts Handling & Reporting

6. Oversee day-to-day accounting activities: billing, receivables, expenses

7. Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits, compliance, and tax-related work

8. Maintain financial records and ensure timely reporting

9. Sales & Marketing

10. Generate leads and drive sales conversions

11. Plan and implement local marketing strategies to build brand visibility

12. Monitor competitor activity and market trends

13. Debt Recovery

14. Follow up on outstanding payments and recover dues from clients/customers

15. Build rapport with clients while maintaining strong credit control

16. Maintain debt recovery MIS and update the leadership regularly

17. Executive Assistant Functions

18. Assist the CA and leadership team in managing schedules, follow-ups, and documentation

19. Prepare financial summaries, reports, and presentations
20. Support in internal coordination, project management, and decision-making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
