Responsibilities Mandatory Skills:o Salesforce Connectors and Integrations, Apex, Omni studio (IP's, Data Raptors, Omni scripts, Calculation Matrix, Calculation Procedures), LWC, SOQLo Data modelingo Sales Cloud, Communication Cloudo Systems analysis and designo Ability to technically lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production)o Experience guiding developers using Salesforce Industries best practices.o The ability to take accountability for team deliverables and ensure that Sprint objectives are met, including conducting a successful sprint show and tello You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementationso Evaluating the long-term impact of implementing capabilities, including conflicts, limitations, andimpact on operations, roadmaps, or upgrades.o You’ll have excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internalteam members
Salesforce Coreo Build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, SalesforceCommunities, Force.com, Einstein and Tableauo Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class,Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.,o Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder,Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alertso Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuthand Single Sign-On.o Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, Jenkins and ANTo Perform data updates / migration using Data Loader and other similar toolso Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy tounderstand code.o Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience in 1 or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloudo Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc.o Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS),Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQueryo Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and SingleSign-Ono Experience migrating Salesforce Classic features to Lightning Experience, including convertingVisualforce pages to lightning components and / or using Lightning Design System withVisualforce pageso Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA etc.o A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools like ANT, Change Setsand Force.com IDE
Experience, Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, related ITdiscipline; or equivalent.
8 to 15 Years Salesforce Experience
with strong hands on experience in Salesforce Platformo 10+ years' IT and 7+ years' Salesforce project development experienceo Has delivered at least 10 full Salesforce projects for different customerso Has 8 plus salesforce certifications including one of the architect Certifications and PD2o Has experience managing projects in a lead capacity and has lead a team of 10-15 folks for at least5 plus year
