Increase client base by meeting new clients, taking reference from the existinginvestors and thereby building AUM4. Initiate portfolio review of the existing investors in a timely manner5. Upsell and Cross sell products to the existing investors and keep them updated onthe primary and secondary market trends6. Share regular updates with the investors with regards to the schemes, researchpapers, etc.7. Conduct regular marketing activities in coordination with the regional marketingteam and product teamMust Haves:1. Excellent socializing and relation building skills.2. Excellent communicating and listening skills, ability to explain complex informationclearly and in a simplified manner.3. Should be a confident individual and must conduct and present themselves well infront of client4. Able to analyse the requirement of the client's basis their financial goals and havestrong logical and numerical ability5. Ability to deal with stress and follow procedures. Has good emotional stability andconscientiousness when dealing with achieving targets.6. Should always identify opportunities for greater profit7. Follow the guidelines and compliance needs and be closely monitored andresponse to any request for documentationDesired Candidate Profiles1. Candidates should have a minimum 7 years to 12 years of experience in WealthManagement, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory.2. Possession of requisite certifications will be an added advantage3. Should have exposure in all Wealth Instruments viz., Insurance, FD, Mutual Fund,PMS, AIF etc.4. Should have a proven track record of AUM generation.5.
