We’re looking for a motivated sales manager who can grow our client base, build strong relationships, and deliver consistent results. You’ll handle lead generation, client meetings, and sales closures while maintaining a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Identify new prospects through calls, visits and referrals • Pitch products and explain value clearly to potential clients • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Follow up with leads and move them through the sales pipeline • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity Skills Required • Strong communication and presentation skills • Good negotiation and closing ability • Basic understanding of CRM or lead-tracking tools • Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork • Goal-oriented and comfortable with target-based roles Qualifications • Graduate in any field • Prior experience in sales (B2B or B2C) is preferred • Only local candidates from Raurkela are preferred.
