Job Description
Position Name / Requisition Title-  Executive / Senior Executive - RTR
Experience- 3+  Years experience in General Ledger
Role Description-
• Having strong knowledge of General Ledger and accounting principles
• Preparation & Posting of Journal Entries
• Perform Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations
• Process Intercompany, Fixed Assets and AFE
• Perform Management Reporting and Tax activities
• Meeting SLA's
•• Ability to handle Customer Queries
• Support/provide inputs for internal/external audit
• Ensuring delivery of transitioned process as per SLA
KRA-
* Detailed knowledge of GL process and Accounting Experience
• Experience of Oracle R12
• Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel  /  Process Maps
Requirements Review GL Process
Graduation in Commerce/MBA (Finance)/CA (inter)
Ready for 24/5 shift timings
• Having an ownership attiTdue and positive approach towards deliverables/SLA's.
• Having zeal to learn new activities and right attitude to assist team wherever required.
• Improving Accounts/Teams performance and motivate team to achieve desired quality and production targets                                                                                                                                                 
• Identify training needs and arrange for training, re-training and cross training, as required. Assist DM, AM and TL to implement corrective action as required
• Performing and guiding Junior resources on GL process
• Develop & document “Key Account”  requirements                                                                                                                                                                                         
  • Ensure Global internal controls is completed daily and internal controls are adhered to.
• Maintain service level with customer base – Measure progress against SLA and consistently satisfy customer in a ‘metrics focused’ organisation
• Assist Specialist with maintaining and exceeding Operation Excellence, ensuring full compliance with internal and external audit reviews.
• Provide reporting to management on issues, projects and processing statistics
• Carry out tasks to develop and attain team objectives.
• Participate/Conduct  daily team huddlges and Monthly team meetings
• Experience of Oracle is required
• Knowledge on quality initiatives required
