Responsibilities:Lead and manage all on-site activities for end-to-end AI surveillance project implementations at heavy industries, from initiation to completion.Develop and monitor project plans, technical specifications, timelines, milestones, and budget estimates, ensuring alignment with client requirements, scope of work, and deliverables with industry best practices.Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians on-site, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and resources.Coordinate with on-site and off-site teams, including clients, contractors, suppliers, on-site project engineers, and off-site support teams to ensure smooth project execution within timelines.Monitor and manage project budgets, risks, and resource allocations, ensuring optimal cost-efficiency and quality.Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders and external clients, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues promptly.Maintain and draft all project-related documentation, including detailed project reports, SOPs, drawings, BOQs, project costs, and all necessary client handover documents and presentations.Implement quality control systems and SOPs to ensure that all work meets engineering and industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and data scientists, to deliver scalable solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project processes, integrating lessons learned and market trends.Ensure adherence to all compliance, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to heavy industry projects.

Skillsets Needed:Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency in technical and operational requirements of AI surveillance systems and IoT solutions.Expertise in budgeting, cost control, procurement, and vendor/contractor onboarding.Strong background in AI, machine learning, and data-driven engineering practices.Knowledge of industry standards for safety and quality management.Understanding of basic electrical, civil, and mechanical operations necessary for AI surveillance project delivery.Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quick decision-making abilities.Technical proficiency in tools like Python, R, C++, and relevant AI frameworks is highly desirable.

Eligibility:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical) or related field.Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or related fields within heavy industries (Mining, Oil & Gas, Steel, Construction, etc.), with at least 4 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of successful project delivery, from initiation to completion.Certified Project Management Professional (PMP, Prince2) or equivalent certification is a plus.
