As a Business Analyst, you will:
  • Focus on the Civil/Administration/Family Youth portfolio, which has important digitization initiatives.
  • Analyze and develop digital access for litigants and professional legal representatives in the Family Youth sub-portfolio.
  • Improve the digital working processes for legal and administrative staff, including digital case and work files, digital mailrooms, and the renewal of process support and administrative systems.
  • Work in agile processes, collaborating closely with the epic owner to create Lean Business Cases.
  • Conduct (process) analyses and identify required features to support epic(s) for realization by product owners, analysts, and developers.
  • Organize workshops for internal and external parties to gather input and validate sharp analyses with all involved stakeholders.
  • Use methods such as design thinking, value propositions, and business model canvas (BMC) to ensure a focus on user experience.
  • Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect (EA), and MURAL, and work with technologies such as Java, Splunk, AppDynamics, Archimate, and ReadyAPI.
  • Participate in SCRUM teams and work with DevOps methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with users, colleagues from other fields, chain partners, and market parties in an agile and dynamic environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Demonstrable experience with digital acceleration processes.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer on relevant digitalization topics.
  • Experience within a complex environment, preferably in government or specialized agencies.
  • Proficiency with tools including Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect (EA), MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, and MURAL.
  • Experience with lean and/or agile/scrum methodologies; certification is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Broad change management skills and a team player attitude, always seeking improvement opportunities for the team.
  • Systematic approach to business analysis; experience with Design Thinking or Service Design is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and a good command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
  • IREB or BCS certification is an advantage.
