Role Description Key Responsibilities Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns – in-store promotions, festive launches, collaborations, sampling drives, and hyperlocal branding. Oversee digital marketing operations – coordinate with social media agencies, track ad performance (Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp), and drive engagement. Develop marketing calendars for product launches, new menu rollouts, and seasonal collections. Work with outlet teams to ensure POS branding, standees, and display materials are implemented on time. Identify and onboard local partnerships – schools, corporates, events – for brand visibility and footfall generation. Track campaign ROI, footfall data, and digital analytics for continuous improvement. Competitor tracking and market research for future endeavours. Qualifications Experience in Market Planning and Market Research Strong Communication and Sales skills Experience managing both digital and on-ground activations Proficient in developing and executing Marketing strategies Strong coordination and communication skills; must handle multiple stakeholders (agency, outlets, suppliers).
