Role Description We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager (Fresher) who is eager to start a career in digital marketing. This role is ideal for candidates with a basic understanding of digital platforms and a strong willingness to learn, execute, and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, and social media Support daily social media posting across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Write engaging captions and ad copies aligned with brand tone Perform hashtag research to improve reach and engagement Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports Track campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions Work with MS Excel / Google Sheets for data entry, reporting, and analysis Coordinate with design and content teams for timely execution Stay updated with basic digital marketing trends and platform updates Required Skills and Qualifications Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts Familiarity with campaign creation (Google Ads / Meta Ads – basic level) Understanding of social media platforms and content posting Basic caption writing and hashtag research skills Working knowledge of MS Excel (preferred) Good communication and writing skills Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt Basic understanding of performance metrics is a plus Who should apply Individuals who have completed digital marketing courses or internships Candidates passionate about marketing, content, and online growth Self-driven learners with attention to detail
