Job Description:

As a Vue.js Developer at Fast Code AI, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front end of our web applications. You will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and optimization of our applications to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly.


Responsibilities:

- Design and develop user-facing features using Vue.js.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across various devices.

- Collaborate with back-end developers and other team members to improve usability.

- Maintain and improve GenAI based webapp.

- Participate in code review and team meetings.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.

- Strong understanding of Vue3 and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the Vue CLI.

- Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SCSS.

- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting.

- Good understanding of advanced TypeScript libraries and frameworks

- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.

- Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.

- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.


Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Vue.js libraries and frameworks such as Vuex, Vue Router, Vite and Nuxt.js.

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.

- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, npm, etc.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.


Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Vue Developer in a professional environment.
