Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day centre operations ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate with trainers, mobilization staff, and placement teams.
  • Ensure effective batch formation, attendance monitoring, and training delivery.
  • Handle reporting, documentation, and compliance as per project guidelines.
  • Build strong rapport with students, ensuring discipline and motivation.
  • Liaise with project heads and government officials when required.
  • Support in mobilization and placement activities.
  • Maintain centre infrastructure, MIS reports, and audit readiness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in the Skill Development / Education / Training sector.
  • Strong leadership, team-handling, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project compliance, MIS, and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
