Sales Manager
for our Frontlines Edutech Private Limited.
Job Type: Full-time, In-office
Experience: 3 Years Min in Edtech
Location : Somajiguda, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
1 .Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives. Understand our business model and create a sales incentive plan.
2 .Hire, train, and manage sales representatives, set clear goals for them, and track their
performance.
3 .Identify areas where the team needs more knowledge and create plans to fill those gaps.
- Ensure sales targets are met by regularly checking in with the team to set goals and monitor
progress.
CRM Management:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8.Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product/service presentations and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPI
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 + Years Proven experience in sales, preferred Edutech platform.
-Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
-Experience in B2B/B2C sales (specific to your industry).
-Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
Self-Motivated: Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
