We are seeking an Affiliate Delivery Specialist - CPS to oversee cost-per-sale campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results. Key Responsibilities

-> Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize CPS affiliate campaigns for Indian and GCC markets.
  • Monitor campaign delivery to meet performance metrics, including sales and conversion rates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

-> Affiliate Network Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive sales.
  • Negotiate terms and collaborate on strategies to optimize partner performance.
  • Onboard new affiliates and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.

-> Performance Optimization

  • Analyze sales funnels and conversion paths to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for scaling successful campaigns.
  • Test new approaches and strategies to maximize sales.

-> Market and Geo Focus

  • Understand India and GCC consumer behaviors to tailor campaign approaches.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors in both regions.

-> Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate detailed campaign performance reports for internal and client review.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, specifically managing CPS campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of India and GCC markets and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and affiliate platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
