Operations:
Hasto completetransactionsas perthe targetset onadaily/weekly/monthlybasis.
SMEneeds tobe anexpert inUS foreclosureprocess(EndtoEnd).
2 yearsexperience working with foreclosures in a servicing/collection senvironment.
TheSME isresponsible formaintainingconstantForeclosureendto endprocessknowledge
intheteam.
Maintaining anddocumentingall process andinvestor updates received from thebusiness
area.
Will be a part ofclients calls as required and will beresponsible to update the teams
alongsidethe Supervisors.
Regular cascading/ providing training/ refreshers sessionson updateslatestupdates
receivedfrom business and investors to all teammembers.
Conductthe regular knowledge checks with theteams.
Actively involved insuggesting and driving processimprovements.
Should have multitasking skills as aTrainer / QC / Processor and conduct refreshertrainings
/handle Quality sessions as per processrequirement.
Monitor and coach underperformers toimprove their quality and efficiency.
Be a part of theregular production and produce agreednumbers.
Addressand ensureresolution onall processrelated queriesof theteammembers.
Qualification:
Diploma / Graduate anydiscipline.
3 4 years of experience in BPOUS Mortgage/ DataProcessing background.
Minimum of 2 years in theSr.ForeclosureProcess Expertrole.
SkillSets
Experience inforeclosure and mortgage servicing.
Should haveknowledge of banking industry rules and regulations andgovernment
regulationsregardingforeclosures.
The ability tomultitask and follow mortgageservicing guidelines accurately isimperative.
Need to be wellversed with US Regulatoryand investorguidelines.
