Senior Data Scientist (NLP)

Location: Delhi NCR
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a specialization in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our dynamic team in Delhi NCR. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in the field, looking to leverage their skills in NLP and Machine Learning (ML) to drive insights and innovation. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make significant contributions to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement NLP systems for analysing large datasets.
Apply machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy of models and algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Conduct data collection, preprocessing, and analysis for model training and evaluation.
Stay abreast of developments in NLP and ML fields to incorporate new technologies and methodologies into projects.
Communicate complex data insights in a clear and effective manner to stakeholders.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the team's capabilities.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques for presenting findings.
Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Secondary Skills:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement within processes or technologies.
