The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of functional experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a PeopleSoft techno-functional consultant throughout all phases of the system lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation) to support PeopleSoft development initiatives, integration efforts, and production support.
  • Coordinate and manage communication with integrating systems, clients, and internal team members.
  • Analyze the impact of business process changes on existing systems and processes.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Agile methodology and its application to technical implementations.
  • Provide expertise in business domains, technology, and processes, and offer mentoring to team members.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of overall functional/business analyst experience in system design, project development, and production support of large applications/systems in PeopleSoft Campus Solution v9.2.
  • Experience in analyzing and guiding the team in areas of Campus modules, including PeopleSoft Campus Community, Recruiting and Admissions, Student Records, Academic Advisement, Financial Aid, Student Financial, Contributor Relations, and Campus Self Service.
  • Implementation, enhancement, and support experience in Student Financial and Financial Aid is an added advantage.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 is desired.
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft application and tools upgrade, PeopleTools, SQR, and XML.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft advanced tools such as Application Engine, Application Package, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, and Web Services.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of all project lifecycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot using trace files and provide quick defect resolution turnaround.
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft technical, functional, and techno-functional roles.
  • Experience in upgrade and application support.
