Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support to end-users (hardware/software troubleshooting).

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.

  • Handle basic networking tasks including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi setup.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking basics.

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
