Hotel Assistant Revenue Manager | Spectra Hospitality Services
Location: Gurgaon
Spectra Hospitality Services is looking for an Assistant Revenue Manager to oversee and manage revenue strategies for our portfolio of managed and asset managed properties. If you have experience in revenue management, OTA listings, and reservations, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize OTA listings to enhance visibility and revenue
Oversee revenue performance for our managed and asset managed properties and implement pricing strategies
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make data-driven decisions
Work closely with property teams to ensure revenue strategies are executed effectively
Monitor reservations and occupancy trends to maximize RevPAR and overall revenue
Travel occasionally for property visits and revenue reviews
What We're Looking For:
Experience in revenue management, reservations, or OTA listings
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of pricing and forecasting models
Ability to interpret and act on data-driven insights
Willingness to travel occasionally for property audits and strategy meetings
Immediate availability preferred
