Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent
Bank Teller
to manage key operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of customer transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Verification:Verify customer identity through signature and ID proofs before processing transactions.Customer Calling:Ensure customer calls are conducted by Branch Manager (BM) or Branch Operations Manager (BOM) as per set norms.Transaction Monitoring:Refer deviations or suspicious transactions to BM/BOM for review.Inventory Management:Record and track the movement of inventories and deliverables, and jointly sign off on closing stock with BOM.Request Processing:Handle and forward customer requests for further processing.Documentation:Properly file all vouchers and requests in the relevant files.
