What We're Looking For We're looking for a proactive Associate HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive our recruitment efforts while supporting core HR functions. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and can handle the full recruitment cycle while managing HR operations, we want to hear from you. Who You Are Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR operations, ideally in a BPO or tech startup environment Proven track record of successfully filling multiple roles simultaneously across different departments Strong phone and written communication skills: professional, persuasive, and able to engage candidates effectively Experience with full-cycle recruiting: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Proficient in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS platforms Familiar with job boards like , Indeed, etc Understanding of HR compliance, employment laws, and best practices for maintaining confidential employee information Experience with remote/offshore hiring and onboarding processes is a plus What You'll Do: As an Associate HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: Post job openings across multiple platforms, optimize job descriptions for maximum visibility, and manage job board budgets Source and screen candidates through resumes, phone screens, and initial assessments to identify top talent Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers across different time zones Conduct initial phone/video screenings and document candidate assessments in ATS Send follow-up emails to candidates, manage offer letters, and handle rejection communications professionally Maintain and update ATS with accurate candidate information, interview feedback, and pipeline status Support onboarding processes including document collection, background check coordination, and new hire orientation Assist with HR operations including maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, processing leave requests Generate recruitment metrics and weekly hiring reports for management review Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters Support performance review cycles and help maintain employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of all HR information Technical Requirements High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection) Noise-canceling headset for candidate calls Fast computer with webcam for video interviews Power and internet backup required Familiarity with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
