If that sounds like you, and if you’re ready for a new career opportunity, we’d like to hear from you Here’s to the world ahead.Graebel is looking for a Relocation Support Specialist responsible for timely and accurate invoicing of GRSW clients.We are looking for a Relocation Support Specialist who enjoys working with and helping customers, so a deep desire to help them, using your excellent customer service skills, is paramount. Because we work in a very fast-paced, high-volume environment, you need to be highly organized with a keen sense of priorities and time-management. We work in a team environment with a shared workload, so the ability to pitch in when needed and be self-driven is a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality service across multiple platformsRespond to inbound inquiries from relocating transferees worldwide related to the platform, process, and policy, through a shared mailboxMay assist transferees and internal finance team with resolving expense related inquiriesCall transferees for personal support as neededProvide exceptional follow up and ensures escalated issues are directed appropriatelyPerform administrative duties, which may include sending service orders, managing real estate referrals, researching expense reports, and gathering quotes for travel.Communicating with internal and external client points of contactsFor some clients, may drive revenue opportunities through Home sale and Home Purchase programsFor some clients, may inform transferees of relocation support services available through the CitySwitcher programContribute to improving processes internally and for our transfereesGive input and improvement suggestions to new and developing processesSupport new operational processes and productsAdditional responsibilities as needed

Required SkillsQualifications:Previous demonstrated history in customer servicePrevious office experience with primary communication through emailPassion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed expectationsSkills for handling high volume of inquiries in a dayAbility to work well in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative work environment where people learn from each otherAbility to manage work independentlySelf-driver to accomplish tasksSkills for answering detailed questions clearly and concisely through email and verbally.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
