Job Overview

We seek a Design Mechanical Engineer with a strong foundation in SolidWorks, excellent communication skills and an international mindset.

The ideal candidate will have completed a 4-year engineering program from a recognized engineering school, ensuring a solid technical background to contribute effectively to our projects.

The candidate will work remotely from India, collaborating closely with our team in Germany.

A training in the headquarters in Germany will take place after your entry to complete your onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Engineering:
  • Create and refine 3D models using SolidWorks, adhering to Spieth’s drawing standards and supplier’s producibility.
  • Conduct tolerance analysis and engineering fit assessments to ensure design accuracy.
  • Collaborate on cost-effective design solutions, focusing on the needs of gymnasts.

  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Effectively communicate design ideas using 3D, 2D, and data, across international teams.
  • Lead discussions and problem-solving sessions, ensuring clear and concise reporting.

  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure both process suitability and product measurability as well as use FMEA methodologies to maintain high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • SolidWorks Mastery: Advanced skills in 3D-CAD SolidWorks.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with strong discussion and reporting abilities.
  • International Mindset: Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team.
