Job Description

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue targets, market share growth, and profitability.Lead and manage the housing finance division, providing direction to sales, marketing, operations, and risk management teams.Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats to inform product development and marketing strategies.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, industry partners, and community organizations.Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and optimize operational efficiency.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, financial indicators, and market dynamics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management guidelines to mitigate potential risks and safeguard company assets.Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster a high-performance culture and achieve organizational goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, resolve operational issues, and capitalize on synergies across the organization.Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility, build strategic partnerships, and promote thought leadership.

The Successful Applicant

8-16 years of progressive experience in housing finance, with a proven track record of leadership and business development.Strong understanding of the housing finance industry, including market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving performance, achieving targets, and delivering value to customers and shareholders.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability, resilience, and resourcefulness.
