Job Description Develop a strong understanding of real estate finance operations , quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications, and reporting source data. Maintain solid knowledge of SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles) and their relevance in real estate/PE structures. Perform SPV-level cash tracking and prepare wire memos for intercompany transfers. Reconcile Gross Debt and perform Gross-to-Net Debt bridging . Support Fund Leverage Limitation Testing to determine borrowing capacity. Handle allocation and coding of project-level expenses using Coupa . Prepare quarterly Distribution Tracker for US real estate investments. Prepare quarterly Disclosure Reporting items for internal stakeholders (BX). Prepare quarterly SPV financial statements . Manage system setups ,
