Staple AI is an innovative enterprise B2B startup revolutionizing how businesses streamline operations through AI-driven solutions. Our mission is to help companies automate, analyze, and optimize their workflows, enabling smarter, faster, and more efficient decision-making. Our software supports the processing needs of multiple Fortune 500 companies across 58 countries today. We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager with e-invoice expertise and a proven track record in B2B software and enterprise customer engagement to join our team. NOTE: you MUST HAVE e-invoice product development experience. If you’re passionate about building world-class products and driving tangible results, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with the company’s business objectives and customer needs, primarily with respect to e-invoice mandates and compliance in multiple jurisdictions Develop a product rollout strategy that aligns with compliance requirements in different countries and jurisdictions. Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact. Responsibilities: Customer-Centric Development Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather insights and translate them into actionable product requirements. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed. Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. Foster clear communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals. Responsibilities: Metrics & Reporting Define KPIs for product success and use data-driven insights to measure performance and iterate on the product. Report regularly to leadership on product progress, milestones, and results. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B software. MUST have e-invoice working experience, ideally in more than one jurisdiction. Proven track record of working with enterprise customers and delivering SaaS solutions. Skills Strong understanding of the B2B market, especially in enterprise technology. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Agile methodologies and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar). Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar). Domain Knowledge Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise solutions is a strong plus. Experience managing complex integrations and APIs.
