We are hiring for the role of Project Manager - Civil

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of assigned residential construction projects as per KRA.
  • Oversee all construction activities including planning, execution, QA/QC, safety, SOP compliance, and resource management.
  • Monitor material procurement, allocation, and utilization effectively.
  • Supervise and manage site manpower to ensure timely and quality completion of works.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Prepare and submit daily work progress reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Be ready to travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in residential building/apartment construction.
  • Excellent knowledge of QA/QC processes, safety standards, and construction SOPs.
  • Proven ability to manage material, manpower, and timelines efficiently.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and deliver within deadlines.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
