: Hyderabad We are seeking a talented UI/UX Front End Web & Mobile Designer with a proven track record in crafting precise Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, coupled with experience in architecture, costing, and project planning.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling UI/UX designs.Develop detailed RFP documents outlining UI/UX architecture, costing, and project planning aspects.Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experience.Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.Ensure consistency and coherence across platforms by establishing design guidelines and best practices.Collaborate closely with front-end developers to implement UI/UX designs efficiently and accurately.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.Proven experience as a UI/UX Front End Designer, with a focus on crafting RFP documents.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability principles.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Experience with prototyping tools and techniques (e.g., InVision, Marvel, Proto.io) is desirable.Certifications in UI/UX design or related fields are a plus.
