Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator with 34 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, user administration, and endpoint security. The role requires expertise in Windows Server/Active Directory, Office 365 administration, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and network troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, handling escalated incidents, and maintaining IT security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
  • Provide technical support for Windows OS, MS Office, and Office 365 (user accounts, mailbox, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for OS, applications, and user access issues.
  • Manage Active Directory (user creation, groups, permissions, GPOs).
  • Troubleshoot and support basic network issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers).
  • Monitor system performance, capacity, and security compliance.
  • Configure and support remote access (VPN, RDP) for users.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain EDR solutions on endpoints
  • Investigate and remediate endpoint security alerts in coordination with the security team.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and patch management practices.
  • Maintain asset inventory and prepare technical documentation.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk role.( Preferred worked with Hospital )
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365 administration.
  • Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting (routing, switching, firewall basics).
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user administration.
  • Good understanding of EDR tools (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • CCNA, MCSA, ITIL, or Microsoft 365 Certified.
