We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to join our team.

Summary

Develop and implement an enterprise-wide data strategy that aligns with business goals. Design scalable and resilient data storage solutions, define data pipelines architecture for batch and streaming data workflows, and architect HA/DR solutions to ensure business continuity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide data strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Define and manage data policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Design scalable and resilient data storage solutions (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Snowflake).
  • Define data pipelines architecture for both batch and streaming data workflows using tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Event Hubs.
  • Architect HA/DR solutions to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related role.
  • Proven expertise with Azure Cloud Services, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Technical skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
    • Experience with data integration, data pipelines, and data processing architectures for batch and streaming data.
    • Strong understanding of data retention policies, data encryption, and access control mechanisms.
    • Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools, big data frameworks, and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Soft skills:
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Certifications in Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect).
    • Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
    • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
