As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Jr. Creative Strategist to join our team and serve as the vital link between our clients and our internal teams.


Role Overview:

The Jr. Creative Strategist will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This role involves managing client relationships, pitching services, upselling, attending meetings, and presenting progress reports.


Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the internal team.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Understand client needs and objectives, and communicate them effectively to the team.

- Pitch new ideas and services to clients to enhance their business.

- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.

- Attend client meetings, prepare agendas, and present progress reports.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Handle client feedback and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.

- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other client-related documents.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, creative strategy or a related role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Presentation software.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
