The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {{such as Laravel, Yii, etc depending on your technology stack}}
  • Understanding the fully synchronous behaviour of PHP
  • Generating WordPress themes and plugins
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
  • Managing back-end tasks like database and server integration
  • Generating WordPress themes and plugins
  • Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
  • Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
  • Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
  • Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.

The Profile

  • Good experience with creating custom solutions using PHP. Should be able to understand business logic and create solutions accordingly.
  • Should be able to work with - Laravel / CodeIgniter / Yii / Wordpress etc
  • Typescript, JS frameworks like Vuejs, Nextjs are added advantages.
  • Experience of using GIT, Bitbucket
  • Good knowledge of third party api's like Stripe, Amazon s3 to create custom solutions based on client business requirements.
  • Design database architecture and use Agile methodologies for project delivery.
  • Added advantage: work experience using command line tools like putty and server management like AWS.
