The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding teams through application modernization and providing technical solutions that enable scalable, cloud-ready applications.You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and migrating enterprise systems from monolithic architectures to microservices-based ecosystems, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop .NET Core / ASP.NET Core applications and services.Lead application migration from monolithic to microservices architecture .Build RESTful APIs and ensure service scalability and security.Implement CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps teams.Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for optimized data performance.Ensure robust cloud integration (GCP / Azure / AWS).Provide technical mentorship and act as SME for solution design.Participate in architecture discussions, reviews, and performance tuning .Required Skills6+ years of experience in .NET development.Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, Entity Framework .Sound understanding of microservices design patterns .Hands-on with SQL / NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MongoDB, CosmosDB).Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps .Experience on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) .Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Nice-to-HaveExperience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Exposure to legacy application migration projects.Knowledge of event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
