Our in-house R&D team continuously develops proprietary bioceramic mixes and innovative filtration technology to address real-world water challenges.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Device Business Development Specialist located in Noida. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the medical device sector, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and creating strategic plans to expand the company's market presence. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business goals and meet client needs. Daily tasks will include networking, attending industry events, and managing client communications.QualificationsExperience in business development, sales, and client relationship managementKnowledge of medical devices and the healthcare industryStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to conduct market research and develop strategic plansProficiency in using CRM software and other business development toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldRelevant experience in the water purification industry is a plus
