Project & Delivery Management Ensure projects/programs are well defined, prioritized, tracked, and communicated in a consistent and effective manner well aligned with global functional leads for the group Closely work with Global ‘Measurement & Analytical’ Functional leaders understanding product roadmap, priorities and program management Process & Quality ImprovementContinuously improve development processes and tools for productivity. Interact with Emerson ‘Measurement & Analytical’ engineering teams to identify synergies and best practices and share across other product groups in Measurement Solutions and within M&A for maximizing benefits Other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering Demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-performance new product development teams Complete knowledge of software test lifecycle and NPD product development process Understand the Measurement solutions business to encourage sharing of new ideas and best practices within the group  Excellent technical, analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment within a complex global organization Experience of leading firmware testing teams  Ability to flex working hours to accommodate global time differences  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience in leading and executing engineering project teams that develop new products  Experience in Leading Firmware Testing team which has successfully delivered new product development and sustaining engineering projects.Solid understanding of embedded systems, firmware architecture, and network protocols.
