To learn more, visit us at We are looking for a Technical Writer with at least 6 years of experience for a full-time hybrid role based in Pune.- Mandatory experience in Financial or Fintech Domain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Create user guides, how-to guides, and FAQs.- Review and improve existing technical documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate technical details.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Communications, English, or a related field- 6+ years of experience writing software documentation- Good understanding of software concepts, architectures, and processes- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on grammar, technical accuracy, and consistency- Ability to effectively manage time and workload- Ability to collaborate with Cross Functional Teams- Experience with single source authoring tools such as Madcap Flare.- Experience with image capture tools such as Snagit.
